Building operations company Johnson Controls (NYSE:JCI) reported revenue ahead of Wall Street’s expectations in Q1 CY2025, with sales up 1.4% year on year to $5.68 billion. Banking and retail technology provider Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE:DBD) missed Wall Street’s revenue expectations in Q1 CY2025, with sales falling 6.1% year on year to $841.1 million. Its GAAP loss of $0.22 per share was significantly below analysts’ consensus estimates.
Real estate brokerage and services firm Marcus & Millichap (NYSE:MMI) reported Q1 CY2025 results exceeding the market’s revenue expectations, with sales up 12.3% year on year to $145 million. Its GAAP loss of $0.11 per share was 31.3% above analysts’ consensus estimates.
Building and construction materials manufacturer Owens Corning (NYSE:OC) reported Q1 CY2025 results exceeding the market’s revenue expectations, with sales up 10% year on year to $2.53 billion. Its GAAP profit of $2.95 per share was in line with analysts’ consensus estimates.
Geely has proposed to value Zeekr at $25.66 per ADS, which represents a premium of approximately 13.6% to the stock’s closing price on the NYSE on Tuesday.
