Non-commercials seem to be anticipating lower yields ahead. They remain heavily net short 10-year note futures but have been actively cutting back in recent weeks.
Europe needs to move quickly to take advantage of growing disillusionment in the U.S. economy and do more to promote the euro as a reserve currency to rival the dollar.
Maybe at 60 or 65 you have enough money to retire if your hand is forced. That's probably a valid plan, but as a personal bias of mine, how financially resilient are you in case of something going wrong that is very expensive to fix?
